1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting our showroom, placing an order, or engaging with Shree Hari Diamond & Polki ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all purchases, custom orders, and business transactions conducted with us.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from engaging with our services.

2. Products & Descriptions

We strive to provide accurate descriptions of all diamonds, Polki stones, and jewellery pieces. All certified diamonds are accompanied by relevant quality documentation. However:

• Natural gemstones may have minor variations in colour, clarity, and inclusions that are characteristic of natural stones
• Images or visual representations are indicative only; actual products may vary slightly in appearance
• We reserve the right to substitute stones of equal or greater quality if the originally specified stone is unavailable

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise
• Prices for diamonds and gold jewellery are subject to change based on prevailing market rates
• A confirmed price is valid for the period stated in our quotation or invoice
• Full payment or agreed advance payment is required before production begins for custom orders
• We accept cash, bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS/UPI), and other agreed payment methods

4. Custom Orders

Custom jewellery orders are subject to the following conditions:

• A non-refundable advance of at least 50% of the total order value is required to begin work
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on design complexity and material availability
• Any design changes requested after work has commenced may incur additional charges
• We will make every effort to match your design brief, but minor variations in handcrafted jewellery are inherent to the artisanal process
• Final payment is due upon completion and before delivery or handover of the piece

5. Returns & Exchanges

Given the nature of jewellery and precious stones, our return policy is as follows:

• Custom-made jewellery is non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered
• For ready stock items, exchange or store credit may be offered within 7 days of purchase, provided the item is in its original condition with original documentation
• Used, altered, or resized items are not eligible for return or exchange
• All return or exchange requests must be accompanied by the original invoice
• We do not offer cash refunds on gold, diamond, or Polki jewellery under any circumstances, except in cases of proven material defect

6. Certification & Authenticity

All certified diamonds supplied by us come with certificates from recognised gemological laboratories. We guarantee the authenticity of all natural diamonds and Polki stones we sell. Any dispute regarding authenticity must be raised within 15 days of purchase and will be addressed through independent gemological assessment.

7. After-Sale Services

We offer after-sale services including cleaning, resizing, and repairs. These services may be chargeable depending on the nature of work required. We are not responsible for any damage arising from normal wear and tear, accidents, or improper handling of jewellery after purchase.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, photographs, and content associated with Shree Hari Diamond & Polki are our intellectual property. They may not be reproduced, copied, or used without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Shree Hari Diamond & Polki shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our maximum liability in any transaction shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service in question.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from transactions with Shree Hari Diamond & Polki shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rajkot, Gujarat.

We encourage all clients to first attempt resolution through direct communication with us before pursuing formal legal proceedings.

11. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be made available at our showroom and on our website. Continued engagement with our services after such amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
